        Ms. Hackl has generously started a weightlifting program for grades 9 to 12 in our school. The boys and girls have separate programs set up on different days. The boys' weightlifting is at noon hours, and the girls are certain days after school as well as some mornings before school starts. Each program runs three times a week. Not only does this program help you learn about proper weightlifting technique, but you get a great exercise workout as well. We do a variety of different exercises along with the weightlifting to help us gain muscle strength and endurance. We’ve had a very good turnout so far. There’s always a good number of girls and boys that attend these workouts. The high school students are thankful for Ms. Hackl’s helpful coaching skills and assistance in this program. She’s dedicated many hours of her time to help students get a full body workout and for this we are very grateful.  We have a lot of fun getting in shape and hope this program continues!
