December News in LeRoy
The LeRoy Curling team has started off their season with a great start! They have two wins, and one loss in the Humboldt Curling League. Keep up the great work! The SRC hosted a Roast Your Own Hot Dog Lunch on December 16th, it was a huge hit for the young and older students! The SRC also served hot chocolate to warm up the students once they came inside, it was a huge success! We said good-bye to a very special teacher Miss Templeton. She taught the grades 3-5 and will truly be missed. Thank-you for all your hard work and dedication to the school and the students.

Have a Merry Christmas from Leroy School!
LeRoy has been working hard and put a lot of hours into making a successful Christmas concert this year. Students from kindergarten to grade 8 are taking part and the performance will be on Thursday, December 18th at 7:00. LeRoy has been providing a White Elephant sale at the school, students are welcome to buy miscellaneous items for their families and friends, and there is a great variety of items to pick from!
The SRC has planned a busy but fun day for all of the students on Friday, December 19th. The high school students will partake in a scavenger hunt, gift exchange and a movie to relax and watch in the afternoon! The elementary students have a fun morning planned as well and will also be watching a movie in the afternoon. Our SCC is providing a tasty lunch for all students, free of charge, on that day as well. Pancakes, oranges, chocolate milkā€¦ Yum!  We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday and a great new year!!
